Jeet Kune Do

Jeet Kune Do (JKD), "the way of the intercepting fist", is a philosophical approach to the martial arts developed by the famous Bruce Lee.  With an emphasis on directness and efficiency, the aim of JKD is to dissolve any useless patterns that hinder growth and stifle the spirit.
